i was wondering is there any trunking in the northern neck aka westmoreland,northtumberland,richmond county and lancaster

The only trunking system in your four counties is STARS which is P25 trunking and the 433 can't receive. Also, the 433 has no preprogrammed systems it does have preprogrammed search ranges.

have trunking systems which you should be able to receive in Callao.
