Trying to load BC250

Just got a used BC250 and I'm trying to load a local trunk file for San Bernardino County CA public safety.

I got the Bearcat E-scanner 2.0 software running and have the .txt file I downloaded from this website loaded in the bottom window for bank 1. Got the scanner in PC control mode with baud of 9600 set.

I hit load and the bottom window has the blue bar go down the freq list. Then nothing.

I had the software auto detect the baud and port so it appears to see the scanner.

Jesse, do yourself a favor - get ARC250 and a premium subscription for this site. I wouldn't trust the data on Bearcat scanner or anywhere else except here, since we have a team that maintains the database. Most other sites don't, and it results in old, outdated junk in many cases..
A premium subscription is cheap, and would allow you to download data from the databases here directly into ARC250. You can read about getting a subscription in our wiki - just hit 'wiki' on the top blue toolbar, then look to the right on the resulting page 73s Mike

What's the gain if you go pro version?

I've got ARC250 installed and it looks good. I want to load the local public safety trunk systems in. I bought the subscription for the database for RR and I see the pdf and csv files for download. Will these work to upload to the BC250D?
