I have noticed talk group 1945 appear several times while listening to OKWIN - Tulsa site.

I searched for this TG in the OKWIN section here on RR and could not find it.

That would work out to be 31120 analog TGID, I don't have the old OKWIN files at the moment if anybody else does...

I copied these TGIDs from the old system a long time ago and converted (divided by 16).
I don't know if they are still good.
1943 TPD Util 8K

1953 TPD Gilcr 7A
1955 TPD St Cr 1 7O

If you find more active unidentified talkgroups there is a wiki article for them.

Seeing an ID "Pop Up" vs hearing audio on it is a big difference, encrypted ID's will Pop Up and then disappear as the (Uniden) radio is going to skip encrypted traffic. Looking at my old TPD Files from 2014, nd5y is correct and that 31120 is/was TPD 7N SID.OKWIN.jpg

I agree, definitely not TPD.

After listening to the traffic on TG 1945 on Broadcastify calls (since I no longer live in Tulsa), it sounds like school or hospital security or police, due to the use of the terminology "campus".

Leaning more towards a university, since I heard them mention a main campus, library walkthrough, EMSA transporting a patient, clinic locked. Building 6, Using room numbers 15B, 3608, 3506, 1C76,

Units are PXXX. (Possibly meaning police?)

Possibly another TCC PD talkgroup, TU security (I could never find their security radios when I lived in Tulsa), or another OU Tulsa PD talkgroup.

The strange thing is, y'all are hearing this talkgroup on the Tulsa site. I saw it come across the OKC site, on September 06. Nothing on BCFY calls since.

Hope this info helps.

I've heard all of that as well. I'm thinking it's probably Tulsa University Security simulcast to their UHF main side. I will keep listening.
It doesn't sound like a UHF link audio is clearer than UHF links typically sound. Also has multiple UIDs, whereas patches typically do not. Patches will usually have only one or show a value of 0.

Is TU still on UHF for their main side? I never heard them when I was living in Tulsa, when I was at home scanning off BA and Utica or when I was at work listening to scanners (I worked overnights as a photog at a station) and sitting off of 244 on Northside. Even when I was doing live shots at the fairgrounds they never popped up. I tried hard to hear them.

As far as I know they are still on their UHF. The only thing that has changed is they upgraded to DMR a few years ago. I'll keep listening. I think we are getting close. I don't know who else it could be?
