Tuner error help

I'm getting error for tuner, Unsupported/unrecognized Tuner type. I've already done all the proper steps. When I try to restart tuner it says, if using linux,blacklist the default driver and or install udev rules. Sdr v0.5.3 windows 10.

I don't know much about trunking, so you would need help with that from someone else. But, I have used the RTL-SDR V3 dongle with different software.

What SDR are you using with v0.5.3 and windows 10?

What does your SDR look like in your Device Manager? My RTL-SDR V3 looks like this in SDRSharp with Windows 10:
