Tunking Scanner Ham Radio COmbo

I am new to ham radio and I know you can listen to police frequencies on ham radios however I was wondering if there are any Hams that have the software to scan trunked radio systems.

I don't believe that any current transcievers have software available to handle trunking duties.

There are programs available to run trunking on the Icom PCR series of receivers.
