BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Unable to Find Statewide Network in Discovery Mode

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to program a discovery session for West Virginia SIRN, but no matter how I type it, it tells me it can't find a system name matching that entry. How should I enter it so it understands what I'm looking for?

When it asks you to enter the name, just hit enter and you'll get a list of systems in the area.

Favorites list needs to be turned on and so does the system quick key if you set one for the system in question
