I have a uniden BCD536HP scanner that was programmed by BearCat. I am in Massachusetts in Middlesex Country and the only Police Department that does NOT play on my scanner is the Lowell Police Department, I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

I'm so new to the scanner, we paid BearCat to do the programming. Let me try to find how to check the Tone/NAC, unless you know an easy way to check that.

Are you familiar with using the Sentinel software for your scanner on a Windows computer? How far are you from Lowell?

Welcome to the RR forums @mkandrotas. I'd suggest giving the manual linked below a perusal so you're familiar with the 536HP's basic (and not so basic) operations

Looking at the database you'll only be able to track the "Police Operations" frequency. The "Police Secondary" frequency is fully encrypted so no scanner will be able to pick this up (mode P25E). Hoping for your sake they didn't decide to encrypt primary ops

I am currently in my office about 15 miles south of Lowell, MA and can confirm that Lowell PD Operations is on 482.4125 (NAC 366) and, although not a very strong signal here, I can confirm that it's not encrypted.

You should be able to hear them 15 miles away I am 35-40 west of Boston and get Boston clear as a bell. Check your antenna.

I'm currently on the ground floor of a large, RFI rich, concrete and steel industrial building on the south side facing away from Lowell, using a SDS100 on my desk. So no.... not an antenna issue.
