it seems too have gone silent. i'm in anchorage alaska and my zipcode is 99508. I've updated the firm wear, and did the big upgrade.

Sometimes with upgrades the service types get reset to defualt and not all of the ones you normally use will still be enabled.

Was that the problem Sanitaire, a resetting of service types to default on your HP-1?

Received my HP-2 from Uniden a few days back where it was repaired under warranty for a screen issue.
Turnaround time was just over 5 weeks.
