need help programing

What do you need help with? The BC80XLT is very simple to operate since it is a non-trunking scanner. You just select the channel number, enter the frequency you want the channel to be, and press enter. It does recieve 800mhz, but if you are trying to recieve a trunked system, it will not work for you.
