Uniden BC350A 800 unit

I have a uniden bc350a .I have noticed that it has a 800mhz unit in the board .Can this be opened for 800mhz ? Are mybe tap it / mod

Good morning as I've tried to explain to you off line this is a discontinued very basic 50 channel scanner which does not even list 800MHz in it's range and also no mention of trunking capacity let alone 3600 or 9600 baud trunking so believe it's safe to say your out of luck for the DTRS even with a "mod".

But there are some pretty good deals to be had on the Pro-96/2096 line since they've been discontinued as well.
