Uniden BC95XLT

Hey everyone,
I'm new to this whole thing so please bear with me if I've posted wrong.
I have the Uniden BC95XLT with scanner software and pc-to-radio cable. After entering all freq info, channel tags etc, I downloaded to radio with small problem. The alpha channel tag descriptions are not displayed...only the freq numbers.
Any help/insight anyone out there could could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, the BC95XLT does not support alpha-tagging.
