BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Uniden bcd 436 went deaf

I live in Indonesia. some time ago my uniden bcd 436 suddenly went deaf.
It would not receive even FM radio broadcasts
I want to fix it but there is nothing here to verify about the scanner

any suggestions??

Plenty to verify.

Antenna? Do you have another to try?
When trying FM radio, does signal meter show its receiving?
Does it show its scanning when told to?
Was the scanner dropped?
Some time ago, scanner went deaf. Did you do any programming, that time ago?

I've tried several antennas, still

No signal appears on the signal bar when scanning FM BC

I tried to search using custom search, and the search was running

As far as I can remember the scanner never dropped.
And there is no modification whatsoever in that interval
