Uniden BCT15- Programming new STARS system

I have owned the BCT15 for a couple years. The Virginia State Police, and all state agencies, have switched over to the new STARS radio system, which uses digital frequencies. RadioReference.com has the DEC and HEX information for the new STARS system, however, I do not know how to program this information into my scanner. I know my scanner has the capability of scanning digital frequencies. Can someone help me please?

BCD-15 Digital??

I have the BCT-15X and its analog only. To my knowledge the only digital scanners from Uniden are the 396T/XT, 996T/XT and HP1. The BCT-15 does have support for a GPS, but it's still an analog scanner.

There is also the much older BC296D and BC796D, but whether they would work well on STARS is something you would need to ask on the Virginia forum
