If it's actually a BCT-15 and not a BCT-15x I would wait for the x model as it has many more options like a configurable bandplan where you can set the modulation mode and step sizes for each frequency band. The older BCT-15 cannot do that and you'll have to program a frequency to a memory position and then change the parameters. Also a lot more options exists for the x.
