Uniden Programming HELP!!!

I am so frustrated with trying to program this 396t I feel like #%@$ the D%*! thing through the window.
I downloaded the Uniden software, programmed the freqs, then the talk group IDs and wrote the info to the scanner. Problem is, it ain't working and I don't know why.

I know I'm doing at least one thing wrong if not more and the manual at times is Chinese to me.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It would also help if you would tell us what system you are trying to monitor (with link to the system in RRDB), what happens when you try to monitor it, etc.

Programming Help

Here is what I'm trying to monitor. Problem is that I'm sure I'm missing some steps in programming and I just don't know what they are. I guess I'm just too use to the old Bank system and I'm probably not building or following the right tiers in programming.

If you used ARC396 zip the .mem file and attach it here so we can look at and see what might be wrong

Have you looked at ScanControl Ver6.1 You can now copy and paste systems from RR right to your Scanner!!!
