@1145L United 1052 @FL150/269kts over Montgomery Co, PA talking to maint on 129.4 about flaps issue. Says flaps look like they are ok; but box says they are not and fly speed restricted to 225. A/c replies will continue on to Cancun and disreguard the box. @1155L FL200/350knts; hope they have a safe flight.
