Sound sample here. 452.1875 C100.0, no callsign ID, never any voice. Been sitting on this for a while, seems to only beep early in the AM between 7:00 and 8:30. Possible licensees within range to me are mostly low ERP, perhaps WRDQ401? Anyone have an idea what type of station this is?

I'm thinking now it might be WPYN411, would make sense for a low ERP, station is practically line of sight to my QTH. Notes say "We are using radios to control pumps for water control system"

It sounds like exactly the same beeps when I program or ACK an alarm on our city's Zetron SentriVoice 1516's. They're remote by phone or radio via DTMF. The four beeps you hear is a confirmation of successful code entered. An incorrect code tone sounds like a 2 second long dial tone. Ours are hooked to floats that alarm when the inlets to the underground runs are nearing capacity.

While Im not sure what exact Zetron im hearing here, Im willing to bet its one of them puling some kind of monitoring duty as they have the capability to do DTMF inputs and outputs. Perfect for controlling pumps remotely.
