My brother was listening to PG county and a Patched channel came up but some of the talkgroups do not appear in RadioReference. 01134, 01144, 01151, 01153
Assuming these are FD channels because they are around that the section but they are missing from the list. 1134 & 1144 are skipped in the talkgroup list and it only goes as high as 1149 so REALLY don't know where 1151 & 1153 come from. Does anyone know who these talgroups belong to or who they are so we can add them to our talkgroup list??

Thanks,
Jim

I believe 1151, 1153, and 1155 are simulcasts of the FD talk groups that are already in the database.

Has anyone documented a talk group for the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center? Are they using the former tg assigned to the Prince Georges Hospital Center?

Heard them today talking to UM Medical Center on the regular EMRC MED talk groups.

Looking for the county hospital tg not the crosslinked med channel - were they actually on a UHF med channel?

I know there are dedicated talk-groups for the hospitals in the database (E bank...I think), but there is not a procedure to use them. All med consults are on the EMRC channels (MED A, B or E) or via other means (e.g. cell phone) for PGFD.

In MC, similar tgs are used by EMS officers to coordinate care and resouces which could reveal patient names, so they are enc - or so I was told. Not sure of their use in PG.

Keep hearing talk on 20646 thought it was a CHART talkgroup but doesn't sound like it, sounds like hospital or medical.

20646 is likely a dynamic talk group. UMD College Park Police's FIRST tgs have been routed to them lately.

I caught two UNID tgs last night while sitting in backups @ I-95 / I-495 interchange. Tgs 95 and 119 where units chatting, talking about cars "going around", etc. These are in the police range, so maybe some OT units at road projects, or other duties. No dispatchers heard, so likely tactical channels of some sort.
