Unknown TG's Ohio MARCS Cuyahoga Site

I have seen encrypted traffic from multiple RID's on the following TG's - 53119, 53046 and 53122. Looking for the RID's on other TG's with no luck.

Anybody know who they might be?

I know about - Ohio MARCS IP: Unconfirmed Talkgroups - The RadioReference Wiki.

There no way to have a conversation there.

53122 are sequential with DRC

53046 appears to be in the neighborhood of ODOT

But I kinda throw those TGID similarities out the window when they have 189XXXX RID assignments

I've never seen those RIDs affiliate with another TG.
