Unlisted Aurora TRS Groups

I've heard traffic on groups 1918 and 1698 on the Aurora TRS, but neither group is listed in the RR database. One of them is dispatch controlled, although I can't remember which (oops).

Any guesses?

If I remember there was a posting on 7-10-06 regarding Aur TG 1918 but still a guess on what it is used for, might want to check it out. In my spare time I will try to monitor 1698.

Sounds like a few more TGs are in use this morning like ID-1707, perhaps new mutual aid (Gold) channels along that line. I698 got to be GOLD-1

1698 is Gold-1, 1699 is Gold-2, 1700 is Blue N.E.-1707 is Red SW,etc, I believe there is a list in the database that does have all this. Pretty much standard for all Citys.

So the local TRSs just use common TG numbers for the MACs, eh? Brilliant!

I see that 1918 has been a bit of a mystery for awhile. I'll just keep listening until I figure it out.
