The context of these comms points to snowplows for some city.
We will have to monitor this TG during the next snowfall in order to nail it down.

Logged these last night and just gave a listen.
Definitely plows.
Conversation between two plows coordinating routes and road conditions.

Seem to be on a loop in this general area:
SR-111
New Bingham Hwy
Old Bingham Hwy
3200 West
7800 South
Bangerter Hwy

The talk group is at the bottom (or top, depending) of the West Jordan grouping. With these addresses, I'd be confident (until proved otherwise) to label it as "West Jordan Public Works-Snow Plows".
