Uploading to Pro164 Scanner using AC300

I don't have your radio or ARC300 but I do use Butel software for my scanners.
ARC300 will upload a file that you create using ARC300. Once the file has been created you'll give it a name and save it to your PC. Using the cable that you either purchased separately or that came with the software you'll upload the file to your radio.
Two ways to create the file...
- You can either enter the desired freq. data manually, or
- Download it directly to your radio from the Radio Reference database

Did you install the driver for your programming cable? If the cable has a mono adapter on the end, remove it. The PRO-164 requires a tip/ring/sleeve stereo plug. Make sure you are plugged into the PC/IF jack and not the headphone jack. What is your city, county, and state, and which systems and agencies are you trying to monitor?
