Anyone know if Stat MedEvac Ground unit utilizes any communications system ? I know AHN Ground is using TriConnex, but I am unable to locate anything for the UPMC unit.

I believe they operate via cell phones. Unknown if it's a PTT over cellular, or just text/call updates
That's what I am thinking. I did locate this but I don't think it's related to the Ground Unit.

I don’t know how much this helps but talking with a few friends who are in helicopter ems most agencies use a ptt over cellular system to ensure better coverage that would be my guess on what the agency your looking for is using
I have a contact there. I will reach out and see what they say.
Dispatch and comms with aircraft is their standard frequency. (155.265) Comms to their ambulance are done via cellphone. Comms from aircraft to ground contacts depend on the location of the scene run.
