Us Forest service spotter planes

Does anyone know which airport the USFS spotter planes are bases would like to track on flight aware i know MDNR uses Roscomon airport.

If you know the tail numbers, search them via ADS-B Exchange and use the history function to track each plane's history which should let you know what air field(s) they're based out of. I usually go back & observe 2 or 3 days of tracking data to be on the safe side

The forest service doesnt use spotter planes. Only Dnr. When the conditions present themselfs, the firebosses will make a lap or two looking for smokes in the Huron Manistee. Most of the time the DNR plane will spot it and call it into dispatch. Dispatch will then call it into forest service Cadillac Dispatch. Most of the USFS fire personal listen to the local departments and most of the time are enroute before their dispatch gets notified.
