usb cable for bct15

New Scanner arrives tomorrow. Shipped to Canada from Uniden. Did not think to order the cable. Is this a special usb cable or will I be able to find something locally??

The cable that comes with the scanner has a regular DB-9 serial port connector on one end that will connect to the rear of the scanner and on the other end is a special mini connector that plugs into the front serial port connection. You can use this cable for cloning and it can be used to connect to a PC. You will probably need a USB-Serial port adapter.
