Hi, Im new to scanning and am trying to set up my first scanner.
When trying to connect my USC230-E to the Scanner Director software it says that the scanner isnt compatible.
Ive tried uninstalling/installing the software, the drivers, everything and im getting the same every time.
Is this scanner compatible with the software? the model number is slightly different to the one on the Uniden website with he U and E in them. but the help files and uniden website dont say if it is or isnt.
Can anyone help?
