Most likely on the USCG LMR frequencies. See link below and it lists many area for what frequency. Sometimes encrypted and other times in the clear.

Could also try VHF-FM Marine channels 13, 16, 22A, 23A, 81A and.83A. You will need to locate the frequencies for these, but all over online.
