453.625 MHz is the frequency previously used by UW Hospital physical plant and had been FM, in the clear, but recently I have noticed a strong digital transmission which I have tried to decode (NXDN, P25) using an Icom R8600 then tried DMR using an ham transceiver (Radioddity GD77), but without success. The CW identifier at the end of some transmissions confirms this is still under the same license. Anyone figure out what the transmission is? The license indicates General Communications, in Madison, seems to administer this.
