Hi
I'm lost on programming the VA State Police into my BCD996T scanner. I'm looking for the Salem Division 6.
Using Radio Reference, there are Base frequencies, System frequencies, and the the Decimal/Hex ID's. I've plugged in all these and nothing works.
I only plugged in the system frequencies for "Fort Lewis Mountain (Roanoke). Do I need to add every single system frequency listed?
