Valor Pro Am TR13

Anyone have any experience with this antenna. I found it at a "yard sale". It connects to a window mount antenna(opek am801 bnc). I appears to do as well as the "Valor pmm3b"! It is about 11 inches tall and can trransmitt on some bands. " Universal"carries the Pro Am brand, but they dont carry this one(Valor Pro Am TR1).
