Should be 156.7 TX/RX for VCALL10-VTAC14 (or CSQ receive if you want to do it that way) and 156.7 Receive/136.5 transmit for VTAC33-VTAC38. You are not in a location where VTAC17 is authorized and you left out VSAR16 among others.

Although the more I look into this, I think you should stick to your business frequencies.

I tired to follow the Radio reference
You should be following your license, not information posted on a scanner hobbyist website.
There's a couple of issues I can see that indicate a lack of experience. When someone trying to make themselves look like a public safety user on a hobby radio site, and coupled with radio programming that doesn't jive, using a low tier Chinese radio, it sets off alarms/red flags with those of us that do this stuff for a living.

You need to be very careful with what you are doing. Assuming you have access to public safety frequencies when you do not can get you in some trouble. We see this happen periodically, and it rarely ends well.

Without trying to mislead us, you would do yourself a favor to explain exactly what license you hold to be operating on these frequencies. Getting that out of the way will help us help you and keep everything legal.

If you are a legit public safety agency you need to be working with professionals with appropriate equipment. Using CCR's and loading them with public safety frequencies is a real bad plan, especially if lives depend on that radio working correctly.

I got permission to use VTAC Channel from The county Radio person . I have i have proof of that.
It takes more than a verbal "OK" to do that. I'd recommend reading the first 30 or so pages of the DHS NIFOG and paying special attention to the licensing section.
If you don't mind some free advice, I'd get with the county radio person and have them assist you in setting your radio up correctly. If you are operating under their permission, the burden is on them to make sure your radio is properly programmed and meets all the requirements. Their radio guys should know that, and should be offering you assistance and guidance.

And what license are you running those itinerant channels under?
You have those programmed incorrectly. You need to look closely at what you programmed in and what the Part 90 rules say about emissions.
You also have marine VHF frequencies programmed into a radio that does not have FCC Part 80 certification.

People here will be happy to assist you, but you need to be 100% honest about what you are doing. Like I said earlier, there's a lot of red flags flapping in the wind here….

I understand, and we want to make sure you get things set up correctly.
I'd —strongly— recommend talking to your county radio guy and asking for help setting up you radio. From what we can see, you are going to be operating under their authority. It's their duty to make sure your radio is set up correctly. That will also give you the opportunity to talk to them about how/when to use those channels, and how they use them. That sort of one on one discussion will help you out in the long run. Having a relationship with those guys would be a good idea.
The DHS NIFOG is a guide and while most agencies follow it, there are some variations. Talking with the county radio guy will help you get things set up correctly and ensure that your radios will work with the others that you expect to talk to.

There's some good advice about the programming issues with the VCALL/VTAC channels above. You need to fix those issues.
Also, as stated, pull VTAC17 out, you cannot use that in your location. That's covered in the NIFOG guide.

Your "OPS" channels appear to be business itinerant channels. You do need to be licensed for those, and you do need to have them set up correctly in your radio.
The spreadsheet you posted shows you have those set to wide FM, and not narrow. Those need to be set to narrow, per your license. Running wide on those is not permitted.

What type of radio are you trying to program may I ask? The advice given here comes from experts in their field and it will keep you out of legal trouble when they say you need to get with your radio person. There are quite a few of us here who do work with radios and radio programming. Hope you have a good weekend and good luck to you!
