Can anyone confirm for me if this repeater 145.170 has a PL tone of 100.0?

Saw it come across the screen this morning due to conditions but it was a bit staticy to understand.

I am not familiar with a repeater on 145.170, but I can give it a try later today.

I'm just going by what I had in my programming. I did also notice on repeaterbook.com it showed it as offline. So I guess I'm not really sure where it's from then.

I just caught a brief moment of activity this morning and that's it. Could be anywhere in Eastern Ontario.

It used to be a low power, low coverage "vanity" repeater in the West end of Cornwall, inactive for about five years now.
