I sent that page...call came in as a sniper at Little Rock Dam shooting at a victim with a .22, hitting them multiple times.....that has been scaled back somewhat....but Palmdale and Lancaster units have a perimeter and SWAT members are being flown and driven to the scene, as well as 3 K9s. One confirmed victim being transported.
