The only one I have heard of is Icom's IC-R3. But I haven't read reviews or any other types of literature in regards to its performance and/or limitations.

The Icom IC-R3 is probably one of the worst video scanners when compared to the likes of the Pro Camera hunter SCBS05, this scans from 900mhz to 2.52GHz and has a 2.5" colour TFT Monitor to display any that have been found.

Here is one to take a look at:

These devices can be really useful for personal privacy, counter surveillance, security etc but I know many will use them for War Viewing. At times you will most likely notice Cable Video Senders being picked up by this device. One of these devices will usually cost around $500 or £295 and Ebay has quite alot of them.

A TV with a tuner?

An IRD with a dish?

Nah, it's probably an Icom R3.

Hahaha. We and our "TVs" & "satellites". So far behind in the times. The R3 is the NEW thing the kids have these days...
