For those who monitor the Village of Wappingers PD, looks like they switched to Analog. The frequency is the same (151.160)

I don't live anywhere near this place but it does seem odd that they switched from digital to analog, at least you don't hear that very often.

Brief history, for many years prior to the early 2000s they were VHF analog on the current frequency they are using, then in the early 2000s they switched to UHF LTR, then UHF conventional, UHF DMR, VHF DMR, and now back to VHF analog.

They have a new police commissioner so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, or it was because the audio on the dispatcher side was horrible.
