Hi,
I just moved to Vilonia, and am just getting back into scanning. I have a new Radio Shack Pro-106.
I downloaded the frequencies for Faulkner Co. I can receive Vilonia FD and other Fire dept's with no problem. But I am have not been able to find the correct setting for Vilonia PD.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the info.
I am also interested in the Faulkner Co. Sheriff Office. I understand they are on the Arkansas Wireless Information Network?
Thanks again!

Yes they are now on AWIN and they still use the Conway/Faulkner county trunking in Conway.. I use to own a PRO-106 do you have it programmed or are you needing help?

FCSO has a talk group still on the conway system but they very seldom use it. All dispatch traffic is AWIN.

Also the county fire repeaters are scheduled to be narrowbanded tomorrow

Thanks again. I think I have AWIN programmed in correctly.
By "narrowbanded" you mean NFM, narrow FM?
Things have really changed since I last used a scanner (1998!)
