VSP had filed for a waiver of the 700 MHz rules so they could complete installing the 700 MHz in car repeaters. The FCC yesterday agreed to some of the request but held off on a big portion. See the FCC Order at

Va. currently is licensed for all state user designated frequencies in the 764-765 mhz. range. Only 3 or4 state user 764 mhz. frequencies out of approximately 15-20 remaining have been used so far.

read the order, they will have to move off of the 764 and 765 frequencies.
