Visiting Cedar Rapids

I'm in the area visiying my mother-in-law and before leaving home I set up my scanner (Home Patrol) for this area. I'm picking up several surrounding services, but I'm not picking up Cedar Rapids. Have they changed their system to something that can't be heard? Thanks for any answers to this problem,

I figured out the problem. I had the attenuator on, turned it off and it's singing like a bird.
