SDS100/SDS200: VLC for iPhone is not Streaming Audio

I cannot get VLC for the iPhone 12 to work for streaming audio from my SDS200.
I closed ProScan to avoid any RTSP collisions, but that doesn't work.
It fails to connect.

Any suggestions to fix this or is there a better app to use with my SDS200?

I am curious if there is anyone who might be able to post any info on how to listen to the Uniden SDS200 scanner audio using VLC Client? My scanner is on my LAN with a Static IP, and the connection is correct and setup properly. I use the Uniden Software on my iPhone to access the SDS200 audio...

I think you want your mobile device to use the WiFi data and not cell data.
Try power cycling the scanner.

I dont have VLC on my iPhone but it will play audio on my PC thru VLC... Local network of course...
I'll have to load VLC on my iPhone and see what it does...

Loaded VLC on my iPhone...
Also can't get it to work...

I have the same version of VLC loaded too...
iPhone 13 Pro with 17.4.1

I found the Uniden Siren app and it seems to work even though it is very old and it doesn't even register as a program in settings.
