DSDPlus Voice Traffic on P25 Control Channel

I monitored this P25 site for over 24 hours, voice traffic was sparse but all traffic that did occur was on the CC freq with no voice freqs noted. I've never seen this on any other sites on this system or any other P25 systems for that matter. Anyone else ever seen this behavior before? --

L3Harris VIDA systems are capable of P25 VDOC (Voice and Data on Control). It's probably a single repeater microMASTR P25 site with VDOC. Works fine for extremely slow sites that only require one or two talkgroups to be active sporadically, and the entire site infrastructure fits neatly into a small pole-mounted enclosure, no need for a full sized RF shelter.

Thanks for the explanation. That certainly fits with this site. I always wondered why there was only the CC in the RR DB.

Yeah I didn't see any other frequencies for that site on the license either, so it does fit the narrative based on what you see in DSD+.
