Here is what Kurt posted on the colodtrs list.

The feed for the VORTEX-2 tornado research teams is back up. After being in Limon, CO, yesterday, currently the VORTEX-2 fleet is at a truck stop just south of I-25 and I-80 junction near Cheyenne awaiting the afternoon Wyoming chase plan.

Here is the link to the feed page: VORTEX 2 Storm / Tornado Chaser Radio Communications Live Scanner Audio Feed

If you are not familiar with the VORTEX-2 tornado research project: Vortex2

My guess is that when the severe weather vacated the area (and thus Vortex left along with it), the feed owner discontinued it.

Hi Jim,

Yes, I had Gordon / Richard Tidd pull the feed. I was only able to follow through Friday evening. The VORTEX-2 fleet has been in the Texas panhandle the past two days and conclude their field research this Tuesday.

I would have loved to have stayed with them longer, but my personal / work schedule did not permit it.
