Will the pro-96 pick up VSELP Digital?..I live near Mercer County New Jersey and have had no luck in receiving this type of digital. I dont know if I have it programmed wrong or not, any help would be appreciated....Thanks

Sadly, no. There is NO scanner that did, can, or will pick up this type of transmission.
