Vsp Subdivisions ??????

I know how VSP is divided into 7 divisions but are they subdivided
but i occasionaly hear VSP dispatchers asking for certain area units
ex.) area 43 units be on look out for a speeding vehicle

i just basically need help for div.7 (Prince William, Fairfax, Loudon)

Yes. Each division is sub-divided into "Areas". I think I'm correct by saying that typically (if not always) each Area is a County/ City where the VSP area office is. I thought there was a map under the database of the areas, but could not find one. Follow this link http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&action=codes&code_id=288 for the channel usage, and you can see the break down of what area offices are on each channel. It just doesn't spell out the area office number.
