Wake County Scanner Feed

As some of you may know there is a scanner feed for Wake County. I run that feed, and I have notice some people may be having trouble. I've seen a user get kicked several times for having a "guest 1" nickname. There are no guest nicknames allowed. Ive loaded it (twice) and everytime i try to quick connect its waits about 3 sec then says Session timedout? what am i doing wrong

Apex FD Try : Settings at the top > Options > Bandwith > Select Unlimted for both selections.
