Wake P25 TRS down, Traffic on VIPER

The Wake Co portion of the Cary/Wake P25 system went down at about 12:10AM all units have been using VIPER emergency Backups since then. Emergency notification sent out to PS/First Responders.

NCSU is using VIPER CHARLY 3 TG 51965 while Wake Co TRS is down.
