Just heard the final transmission on 46.44 at 12:52 Wednesday April 6. They are now all high band.

I noticed that 45.88 is listed as depreciated in the updated database for Wayne Co, NY. I am wondering if this was confirmed that it is not in use by Wayne or if it was assumed based on the switch to the new channels?

I think that's somebody's assumption. 45.88 is still statewide county-to-county fire mutual aid and Wayne borders counties that are still on low band.
I haven't heard anything about a high band replacement frequency.
