Weird one - Airspy shows up on COM3

As the title says...

I was trying to resolve the 10Mbps lag on my Airspy, and decided to uninstall all USB controllers via device manager and let windows rediscover them.
Did that, and rebooted. My Airspy now shows up on COM3 - making it useless.

I can delete it and it comes back on COM3.

Any ideas?

Go to device manager and assign it any port number you want
