This is what I get with lte

Edit: The link didn't work.
But I it downloaded the image for some reason and was able to see 19/15/73.

Not terrible considering I had my mother send me hers the other day, she's only getting 3.5 MBPS down with LTE on at&t in miami and only 1-2 bars.

But I have a question for you.... How often does AT&T call you up and ask if you were satisfied with your service?

Last week they sent me a text survey. Since I am still waiting for them to pay my Verizon ETF that I wasnt supposed to have, I thought it would be a good idea to answer it. Well I must have ranked something low by mistake and pressed 2 and they called me a few days later to find out why I gave something only a 2 instead of a 5 and what can they do to improve. I couldn't believe they actually cared enough about it to call and ask me why. I thought it was just some junk survery sent out to millions of people that is of little usefulness.

I recorded the call.

My latest speed tests...uploadfromtaptalk1437519930500.jpguploadfromtaptalk1437519956895.jpg

Now I have a new problem. Notice the amazingly slow speeds. Those were taken at my home, while the super fast speeds were taken a couple miles up the road. Also note Mt signal strength in the screenshots. That is at my home. This has just started after a recent thunderstorm that took out the 911 communications center in town.

At&t says the network is fine and that the problem is in all 3 of my devices... Sure.

Could be something as simple as a tree branch. Maybe the network load was high. Maybe interference. The coverage maps don't normally factor in building coverage either.
This is reminiscent of my experience with Verizon. It would be acceptable one day then unusable the next. Still no definitive answer why.

uploadfromtaptalk1447464443940.jpg got charter wifi and switched back to the local carrier. With the same AT&T phones (contacted the BBB about the problem and they unlocked them for me). Now no problems at all.
