lol. I was getting into it, had a scanner on wintag 1 and the other on wintag 2, then after the 938393929748 or so time of hearing "this is a drill this is a drill", I went back o my regular scanning habits and locked out the wintags.

Since the DOE is involved with this it's no surprise that each transmission has the indication of being an "exercise" or "drill".

It's a bit dangerous around that facility with what is stored on site.
