I have been contacted by someone who is managing the estate of a former ham operator with a tower that he wishes to have removed from a property in west Houston. It is a crank-up tower, appears to be about 60-70 ft and is mounted on a concrete pad in the backyard of a residence near I-10.
He is willing to give the tower to anyone who has the ability to remove it safely without damage to the house or property. I have asked for photos.
